SHIPPING POLICY

Due to exceptional order levels and COVID-19, things are taking a little longer to dispatch and for DHL to deliver, please bear with us

We will despatch your order within 48 hours if it’s placed before 2 pm on working days (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays). 

If your order is placed after 2 pm, it will be sent the next working day. All orders are sent via DHL tracked delivery which should arrive within 2 – 3 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you've changed your mind and no longer want your items, you can return them within 14 working days of receipt, for a full refund. Please send them in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to:

Please select the reason for your return on the reverse of the delivery note and enclose this in your parcel for return. It is also recommended that you copy both sides of your delivery note for your own records.

 

If any of your item(s) are faulty, please select the reason 'Faulty' on the returns slip and provide an explanation of the fault in the comment section on the returns slip. 

We will refund you for the items that are faulty and the cost for returning the faulty items to us. If the faulty items were part of an order with other items, we cannot refund the original delivery postage costs.
